Growing up in Huntsville and being athletic most of my life, I decided in 1989 to share this knowledge with others by instructing group fitness classes. In 1993, I began working with UAH, NASA and Huntsville Hospital as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and the Director of Huntsville Senior Horizons.

In 2003-2005 I had the opportunity to work closely with Dr. Anthony Houssain, specializing in cervical and lumbar therapy.

I was honored to train Erica Moyers in 2002-2003 in preparation for the 2004 Paralympic Volleyball Games in Athens, Greece. USA received the Bronze.

Heather Fry used tools, skills and coaching from my training sessions, to land her Runner Up in the Mrs. Alabama pageant.
